It's cold and windy and I'm in desperate need of some comfort food to settle in to fall. As soon as I'm done writing this, a bit batch of chocolate chip cookies is going in the oven. I can't wait!
I'm always looking for healthy snacks for my kids. It helps when things are so good that I don't have to talk them into it! We recently tried the Yoplait Kids drinkable yogurts and they were a big hit. Having Dora on the packaging helped to convince them to try it, and the delicious strawberry flavor finished selling them. The liquid yogurts come in lots of other flavors like banana, mixed berry, and strawberry banana and come in both liquid. They hear a lot about nutrition in school, so they were thrilled to learn that these new yummy yogurts are also good for them because they have less sugar and contain DHA which promotes brain development.
