I am a dairy addict. I scour the dairy aisle of my local supermarket and get way too excited when new yogurt products hit the market. It's not my fault, growing up in France, we pretty much mainline yogurt, and our supermarket yogurt aisles are a thing of beauty.
I was excited to hear about Yoplait's new yogurt parfaits: Yoplait Delights. They come in four really fun flavors: Chocolate Raspberry, Triple Berry Creme, Lemon Torte and Creme Caramel. And although they sound decadent, they're only 100 calories each.
