My Friends Tigger & Pooh Hundred Acre Wood Haunt

GIVEAWAY MONDAY
*** and the winner is - comment #17 - Jessica McFadden from A Parent in Silver Spring ****

It's Monday: giveaway day! October is here and Halloween is in the air. To get in the mood, my friends at Playhouse Disney have given me a copy of the latest My Friends Tigger and Pooh DVD: Hundred Acre Wood Haunt.

To enter to win, leave me a comment about what you or your children will be this Halloween. Give me the scoop in your comments and I will pick the winner at random on Monday, October 20. Don't forget to include an email address or a link to a blog with an identifiable email. For extra chances to win, link to this contest on your blog or subscribe to my feed (if you're already a subscriber, just leave that in a comment).

Jack and Juliette love this Pooh video. Jack loves all the Halloween stories - it just fuels his excitement for the trick or treating. Juliette loves the big cuddly characters. The Hundred Acre Haunt features three stories: Piglet's Lightning Frightening/Super-sized Darby, Eeyore's Trip to the Moon/The Incredible Shrinking Roo, and Eeyore's Home Sweet Home/Rabbit's Prized Pumpkin. There's even a bonus Halloween Handy Manny episode.

And check out these giveaways:

My 4 year old is going to be a ninja, and his 2 year old sister will be a dragon. She insisted I add a pink bow to the dragon's head so she is identified as a girl dragon.

The procrastinators that we are, we do not know yet what any of us will be for Halloween. It is likely the kids will go as the Pooh crew (Tigger, Roo, Pooh and Pooh in a Hunny Pot), but I am not sure about hubby and I.

My 7-year-old son is going to be Sully from Monsters Inc. I found him an outfit on ebay a few years ago and it's huge and so warm because it's made out of wool or something? This is great since i live in northern minnesota and we usually have snow by halloween time.

We're not going trick-o-treating (she's only 5 months old), but for pictures she was a little pumpkin. Then a pea in a pod. Then a pouty penguin. I'm sure the pout was bought on by the fact that it was her 3rd costume in 20 minutes =P
